Project Scope

OJT Digital partnered with TEDx Teesside, a local TEDx event, to develop a high-converting website for their upcoming event. The goal was to design a user-friendly platform that not only reflected TEDx values but also facilitated seamless ticket purchases while adhering to strict brand guidelines. With limited budget resources and a pressing timeline, the challenge was to deliver a quality solution within constraints.

    Our approach to the TEDx Teesside project was marked by efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. We initiated a detailed project plan, leveraging open-source technologies to stay within budgetary constraints. An agile development methodology allowed us to adapt changes, ensuring on-time delivery.

    Constant communication with the TEDx team ensured our design aligned seamlessly with the TEDx brand. Key features included a clean and intuitive user interface, a secure ticketing system, mobile responsiveness, and optimised loading speed. Remarkably, the project was completed from start to finish in just two weeks.
